Appointments

The person who is having their signature notarized and all witnesses MUST have a CURRENT and VALID form of identification. 

Approved Identification:

• US Federal Passport
• State Driver's License or Identification
• Out-of-State Identification
• State-Issued Employee Identification
• Authorized Canadian or Mexican Driver's License 
• Authorized International Passport 
• Authorized Military Identification Card
